10 Weeks

So, Our little boy is not so little (for his age).

His stats from the doctor appointment are:
Weight: 12 lb 15 oz (75%-tile)
Height: 24 1/4 inch (90%-tile)
Head Size: 16 1/2 inch (90%-tile)

So, he's a little thin for his height, but he's larger than average. The doc says he's doing well. Strong, lifting his head, etc. He had 3 shots today for various vaccinations, etc.

He's sleeping in his bed every night now, and is up for up to an hour, but usually less, at night, so we can get back to sleep. He's a great baby, he loves his swing and doesn't cry that much. He's totally aware of where we are and looks at us. We're looking forward to his first roll-over soon.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Happy Jack
Well, here he is, all smiley. This is a smile, not just one of those faces he makes when he has gas. ;-)

2 months old and he's starting to show a little personality. He's been pretty good with sleeping, too. Every other night he wakes up 2 or 3 times, or is up for a longer period of time. But then on the alternate nights he'll only wake up once for about 20 minutes and then go back to sleep. In his own crib I might add!

Also, he's still not a SUPER LOUD cryer like Summer was. And he can be soothed with walking, rocking, or just sitting and a little talking and bouncing. Yep, Jack has been a much easier baby. Let's hope it keeps up! :-)

So, I'm sorry for the long time between posts. As you can well imagine we've been quite busy...I owe pics from the families' visits, and all the pics taken between then and now. We're still taking pics, just not getting them posted. Just know Jack is doing well, Summer still loves him and we'll all just trying to enjoy our time together and get some sleep! Good Night!!

Good Night!
